a. We do not take shortcuts in our service: We trained all of our lash therapists extensively to ensure Proper lash application. Some of our proper lash application: no lash sticks to one another, no lash stuck on your eyelid, no stacking heavier single lashes to create a denser volume look. These will ensure you are comfortable and to care for your natural lashes for years to come.

b. We do not take shortcuts in our products: we use the best products that are safe for you

c. We take pride in giving you a comfortable treatment. We offer private treatment rooms in all our branches, we sanitize our tools properly, and use disposable sheet and freshly laundered towels. We love to hear from our clients, do send us feedbacks via email, Instagram DM, or our call Cienter.

We have extensive treatments that gives results from ultra natural like you are born with it, or glamorous bolder designs. We believe in customization to find that perfect look. It may take one to several visits to find out the ultimate perfect treatment and design, but do not worry because we can make changes during your retouch sessions. a. Ensure you have sufficient time. Lash application is a meticulous process, for the best result you need to spare time. Kindly read below.

b. How much time should I spare for my appointment?

‍

i.) This is an estimation of the treatment time (excluding pre services: consultation, removal and cleansing):

_{1. New Set Single lash: 1.5 hours}

_{2. New Set Double lash: 1.5 -2 hours}

_{3. New Set Natural Volume lash: 2-2.5 hours}

_{4. New Set Glam and Artisan’s choice: 2.5 – 3.5 hours}

_{5. Brow Bomber: 1.5-2.0 hours}

_{6. Keratine Filler Lift: 1.5-2.0 hours}

_{7. Stem cell regrowth treatment: 1 – 1.5 hours}

_{8. Nails services: 1 hour – 4 hours.}

ii.) Consultation (before treatment): Generally 15 minutes. We have an extensive lash selection. Please bring in reference photos and your let us know your style preferences.

iii.) Lash Removal (when applicable): Depending on the technique and glue used during previous treatment, removal may take more than 30 minutes.

‍

iv.) Cleansing: At Everlash, we always clean wash your lashes thoroughly with our special lash shampoo (Lash Detox) at no extra charge. However, removing makeup can take more of your time and can prolong your treatment duration

i.) The quality and quantity of your natural lash. If you have long, strong natural lash it is much easier to place the extension than when you have thin, brittle, sparse lashes.

ii.) Fluttering eyes

Not all clients can close their eyes firmly, some have fluttery eyes, this can be very challenging to put lashes on. We can still give the best treatment results if clients do not rush us. Refrain from taking caffeine 24 hours before the treatment.

iii.) Interruptions

No Phone calls, taking videos, selfies during the treatment. Interruptions can increase your treatment time, affect your results, expose your eyes to fumes from drying lash glue.

iv.) The type of treatments you choose. Depending on the type of lashes, the difficulty level may differ. For example Glam Volume requires more lash extensions to be put on and naturally will take a longer time.

a. There are two types of therapists with slightly different price points; Technicians and stylists. Both are properly trained, but more complex designs such as Artisan’s Choice are only available by stylists. If you would like Artisan’s Choice (MangaLash, Wispy Kylie, Glam Kim, Foxy) or have thin/sparse lashes/ non symmetrical eyes: we highly advise booking an appointment withStylist.

b. We do Patch Test for testing any allergic reaction. If you would like this, make a separate appointment first and if no reactions occur after 48 hours, you can come back and make another appointment for your actual treatment.

c. We offer weekly retouch prices for your eyelash extension infill that can be done in any of the Everlash salons.

‍

d. We love feedbacks. Do tell us how you like or give us constructive feedbacks. Please allow us to take photos of your desirable results so we know your preferences.

e. We offer Home Services with additional transport and mobile service fee
